Day 1 Arrival in Xi'an → Free Time in the City

Upon arrival in Xi'an, your private vehicle will take you to your centrally located hotel for check-in.

No busy sightseeing schedule is planned for the first day. Depending on your arrival time, you can relax at the hotel after your journey or take a leisurely walk around the neighborhood and try some local Xi'an specialties.

With more than 3,000 years of urban history, Xi'an is one of China's most important historical cities and served as the capital of several major dynasties. Even a simple walk around the city offers a first glimpse of the fascinating combination of ancient heritage and modern life.

Day 2 Xi'an Ancient City Wall → Terracotta Warriors → DIY Experience → Huaqing Palace

After breakfast, visit the Xi'an Ancient City Wall, one of the largest and best-preserved ancient city walls in China.

Walk along the broad top of the wall or choose an optional bicycle ride. Historic watchtowers and brick walls stand on one side while the modern city stretches out on the other, creating a fascinating contrast between ancient and contemporary Xi'an.

After lunch, continue to the world-famous Terracotta Warriors Museum.

Thousands of life-sized terracotta soldiers, horses, and ancient military formations provide a remarkable glimpse into the Qin Dynasty. The individual details and different poses of the figures make the visit particularly fascinating.

After the museum visit, enjoy a Terracotta Warrior DIY experience with guidance from a local pottery artisan. Create your own miniature warrior and take it home as a unique travel souvenir.

In the evening, visit Huaqing Palace for the spectacular outdoor performance The Song of Everlasting Sorrow. Through music, dance, lighting, and large-scale stage design, the show brings the legendary story of Emperor Xuanzong and Yang Guifei to life.

Day 3 Xi'an Museum → Small Wild Goose Pagoda → Giant Wild Goose Pagoda → Datang Everbright City

After breakfast, visit the Xi'an Museum, which includes the main museum, the former site of Jianfu Temple, and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda.

Begin with the historic Jianfu Temple and the Small Wild Goose Pagoda, an important Buddhist monument from the Tang Dynasty and one of Xi'an's most recognizable historic landmarks.

Continue to the iconic Giant Wild Goose Pagoda, located within the Da Ci'en Temple complex. The pagoda is closely associated with the history of Buddhism and Tang Dynasty culture in Xi'an.

For an optional cultural experience, dress in traditional Hanfu and stroll around the historic architecture for Tang-inspired photographs.

In the evening, head to the North Square of the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda to enjoy the spectacular musical fountain show. Continue into Datang Everbright City, a large pedestrian district inspired by the culture and aesthetics of the Tang Dynasty.

As the lights come on, the traditional-style buildings, cultural performances, and lively atmosphere create one of Xi'an's most memorable nighttime experiences.

Day 4 Han Yang Ling → Han Yang Ling Museum → Discover the Han Dynasty

After breakfast, travel to Han Yang Ling, the joint mausoleum of Emperor Jing of the Western Han Dynasty and his empress.

At the Han Yang Ling Museum, discover a remarkable collection of archaeological artifacts and terracotta figures displayed using modern museum techniques.

One of the highlights is the collection of terracotta figures depicting warriors, attendants, animals, and other figures from ancient life. Although smaller than life-size, their clothing, poses, and delicate details offer fascinating insight into life and burial traditions more than 2,000 years ago.

After the visit, return to Xi'an city. Enjoy a relaxed evening and explore local Xi'an cuisine at your own pace.

Day 5 Xi'an → Airport/Train Station → Departure

Enjoy some free time today according to your flight or train schedule.

At the appropriate time, your private vehicle will transfer you to Xi'an Xianyang International Airport or the train station.
