This 10-day classic Tibet journey combines the region's most iconic cultural landmarks, sacred lakes, Himalayan landscapes, grasslands and authentic Tibetan experiences.
The first three days focus on Lhasa's cultural and spiritual heritage, including Drepung Monastery, Sera Monastery and its famous debate tradition, the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple and Barkhor Street. You will also have the opportunity to experience everyday Tibetan life in a traditional tea house.
From Lhasa, the journey continues west through Yamdrok Lake, Gyantse and Shigatse before entering the Himalayas and traveling toward Everest Base Camp. Spend the night near Everest and, weather permitting, witness the spectacular sunset and sunrise over Mount Everest.
After leaving Everest, travel deep into Northern Tibet, crossing vast grasslands and visiting Siling Lake, Namtso and Tashi Dor. The journey concludes in Lhasa with a relaxing traditional Tibetan medicine wellness experience.
