About 18:30， our guide will meet you at subway Hong Xing Qiao Station exit A on line 3, then start our tour by taking tuk-tuk going through the streets, and we will go to the most famous and delicious food vendors. As locals, we are very informative of the delicious food restaurants hidden inside some apartments where nobody knows form internet.
We will visit 4-5 different favorite places of local people and try 10-12 different tasty snacks with sweet, chilly and other flavors. All of the restaurants we visit enjoy high reputations with the food business or brands of a hisory more than 20 years, even 100 years. We can not only experience the characteristic Sichuan food featuring "one dish one flavor, one hundred dishes one hundred styles", but also learn connections among the food restaurants, the development of the local buildings and local people.
Afte trying all the delicious food, you will be carried to the local famous bar street where you can sit in a nice bar to have a drink with your friends.
The local guide will pick you up at meeting point at 2:00Pm.To prepare the cooking class, a chef guide takes us to a local market to introduce the ingredients and get acquaintted with Chinese cuisines . In the local food market we can learn the local courtesy of shopping & bargaining, try to find answers to why Sichuan Cuisine is so popular and what are the most important ingredients to be used when you cook Sichun dishes.
Then, we'll go back to our beautiful garden restaurant, it will be your show time! Follow the chef step by step to learn how to prepare food ingredients and how to cook different Sichuan special populous dishes. Learning more Chinese cuisine culture and the hands-on experience to prepare delicious dishes will bring you a totally amazing feeling! At the end of the cooking, we will enjoy and share with each other what you have prepared for dinner which is a perfect ending for the day!

Accommodation on Huangshan(yellow Mountain )
To stay at least one night on the mountain is worth doing to gain more time to enjoy the landscape of Huangshan especially the a sunset and sunrise. Only 6 hotels available on the mountain -Yupinglou Hotel and Baiyun Hotel) at the front side of theMountain, and 4 hotels (Beihai Hotel, Xihai Hotel, Shilin Hotel, Paiyunlou Hotel) at the back side. The Xihai Hotel South Building is the only 5-star standard hotel , while Beihai, Shilin, Baiyun are 4-star. We will book Xihai Hotel and Beihai Hotel for our clients. Kindly be aware hotel faciliteies on the mountain are comparatively worse than those in big cities, but the prices are higher as the supply stuff of hotels is carried up to the mountain only by human powers.
Food on the Mountain
Only Chinese dishes of local Hui-style Cuisine are offered by hotels ,such as seasonal vegetables, pork, chicken, beef and fish. No western food provided, but Beihai Hotel and Xihai Hotel can arrange simple western breakfasts, such as breads, jam and coffee.
The best time to visit
Best Time to Visit Huangshan is from March to October ,but try to avoid July August and China National Holiday while many groups of Chinese travel, it can be badly crowded in those days.
Slow down and Wear Comfortable
Much walking is inevitable on the mountain, you are strongly suggested to show your pace and travel light if you are not 100% physically strong. Just bring the items on this recommended packing list with you : comfortable and breathable clothes, hiking shoes, alpenstock, sunblock, raincoat and a small bag.
